VERTICAL RACKING

Vertical Racking is a safe and cost-effective system designed to store long products vertically for increased storage capacity and ease of picking. Our Vertical Rack System frames and beams are manufactured from heavy duty steel sections.

OPTIONS:

• Single or double sided
• Standard heights of 2m, 3m, 4m or 5m
• Standard bay widths of 3m; any run length can be catered for
• Standard location depths of 450mm, 600mm or 750mm
• ‘Stub Arm’ or ‘D-divider’ designs available to provide separation of products when stored

FEATURES:

• Storage capacity of up to 500kg per linear metre
• Adjustable arms that can be moved in order to respond quickly to stock changes
• Simple to install
• Painted or hot-dipped galvanised finish for external applications

DESIGN:

•  All products comply with current British and CE marking standards
• Minimum Safety Factor of 2.5 based on ultimate tensile strength
• Maximum allowable weld stress of 115N/mm2
